Brian has left several friends, family members and clients in the dark. He does not return calls, could not even get up on a family member’s roof, and did not produce an estimate. I am unsure how he’s still in business after a storm hit our area in March. Despite his good reviews prior to March 2026- I would not waste your time calling Brian with Exterior Design
I had a very disappointing experience with Exterior Designs. The representative came out to inspect my property and immediately tried to discourage me from pursuing a roof replacement claim, telling me I essentially had no chance of getting it approved through insurance. Not satisfied with that assessment, I had another company inspect the roof, and they were able to identify legitimate storm damage that was overlooked or ignored during the initial visit. I have had Exterior Design do some siding repairs in the past and was very happy with the results. This time, I purchased an older home and the roof was leaking and the gutters were ancient. So the first company I thought of was EDP. I do believe in due diligence so I did call three other companies. But they all came in at double the price or just wouldn't return a call. Brian was able to provide me the roof replacement, gutter replacement, and gutter guards all at a cost that didn't make me use any expletives. LOL Not quite... read more
We needed a new roof as soon as possible. After calling several companies Exterior Design was the first to say they could come and look over the roof immediately. The inspection was one of the most complete roof inspections. The inspection details were explained clearly as well as pictures that had been taken while up on the roof. The quote for the job was reasonable and the crew showed up a few weeks later. They completed the job in 2 days. They cleaned up and did a great job! I highly recommend them!
