Outstanding masonry and concrete contractor. Gave us a repair program that addressed our needs and made financial sense. Solved our water intrusion issues and structural issues on our multi-unit building. Started the job and didn't leave until it was completed on schedule. Solved problems as they presented themselves and passed the city of Chicago inspection.
I have worked with Eric and ECS on several exterior projects when we need to sub out exterior work as my husband and I have an interior remodeling company and sometimes it is needed to complete a job. Eric has not only been outstanding with his responsiveness, knowledge and understanding pertaining to anything exterior - the quality of workmanship is excellent and the communication is on point. We have a trusted partner in ECS.
It’s has been an absolute nightmare working with this company. A window replacement job that has lasted 6 MONTHS. No shows, no returning calls, complete unprofessionalism. Wrong size windows ordered, oh and job still not down as we head into winter.
Our experience with Exterior Construction Services has been disappointing and simply infuriating. A window job on a 3 unit building was meant to be completed in a month back in May yet by mid November a number of windows are yet to be installed. To make matters worse Eric is totally unresponsive and when he does get in touch (albeit seldom) there is always an excuse yet no indication of completion timeline.
