Nate has done three jobs for me in three years. The first two visits were replacing my windows and doors throughout the house. I could not have been happier with the quality of the work. While a bit older now, I once did all such work myself. I am quite particular and Nate is as particular as I, as well as very intelligent and experienced. Excellent company with solid workmanship. Reliable and honest.
Acting off a referral this company replaced our roof do to hail damage. Few years later we are having leaks do to issues not being addressed at the time of installation. The leaks have caused damage to the wood around the leak. I spoke to the owner Nate James after numerous calls and he claimed he was out of town. I have tried for 6 months to get a resolution but no luck. The lack of customer service is outstanding. I would not recommend the company to anyone based on my poor experience!!
