Beware of this company. I have had nothing but trouble with them. They installed 2 storm doors costing me over $1500. 4 days later the doors are falling off. I let them know that the wood they’d be screwing the doors into was not in the best shape, but Nick, the installer, said he used extra long screws and he assured me it would hold. Well, it didn’t even hold a week! If you want to deal with arrogant, rude people, use Exterior Associates. They are contractors for **** *****and I was trying to get an estimate for an exterior door and storm door. They insisted they will come at 7 a.m., which is an odd time. Then they insisted on a 3 hour window, 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.; that is crazy and I cannot sit around for three hours waiting for them.
