We wanted to open up our living room and that meant removing a load bearing column. Scary project for any homeowner. Extera came in with a structural plan, pulled the column, and you’d never know it was there. Very happy with the result and would recommend them to anyone in SWFL.

Hired Extera Construction Group to remodel kitchen. Scope included new kitchen cabinets, appliances, new tile floor, converting an existing restroom to office with new drop ceiling, window and floor. Job also included HVAC ductwork and new partition wall with double door. Impressed with quality of work and job came in within budget with no schedule delays. Would definitely hire again.
