Chelsea was amazing! My hair came out beautifully! She was diligent from start to finish. My hair feels healthier than when I arrived this morning and my trim was perfection. I will definitely be coming back in the future.
I took my daughter in for a curly cut. Before beginning she showed the stylist a picture that she wanted. Not only did she not cut the style but she cut so much of her hair off. Her ends are now split, uneven, frizzy and her hair will not hold a curl as it did before. I did a follow up call to share my concerns and discuss a fix. The woman that I spoke to was rude and continuously cut me off. She lacked any empathy regarding my daughter’s hair. I’m from KC and when I say in my 25 years of living I’ve never had a silk press like this I mean it!! Customer service was amazing from when I called up there to when I left! The whole team is a vibe and I could tell they took care of everyone’s hair with the same delicate hand you need for natural hair! I’ve never had a stylist detangle my hair before shampoo and was so impressed by how they detangled it gently.
