As a former PSW at this place and this goes towards the last comments and the future comments about no staff you try working with only 4 psws on the floor and we are dealing with lifts and that takes two people to deal with can't do lifts alone or your loved one would be on the floor as for management they don't work on the floor with YOUR LOVED ONES WE DO ON A REGULAR BASES
No star rating run the other way. This is a poorly run home. No staff , no idea about residents care plans. I witnessed move 1 PSW to the floor no support staff. No beds residents laying on floor until 930pm to get a bed day of move. Director of care doesn't care about residents only numbers.really sad. I would rather die than go here. I am scared for my poor mom and other residents who have no family. Disgraceful. They lie . They should be shut down if they can not get better organized.
Yesterday Extendecare Falconbridge moved to their new facility. The new home is beautiful. I was disgusted with all the management at the front door greating the residents because that seemed to have been the priority. As well as management talking about families behind their backs especially Erica. I'm thoroughly disgusted with her behaviour and lack of professionalism. No nurses or PSW to be found anywhere.
