Decent place. Family friendly. Convenient location. Rooms are very dated but have ample storage. Office isn’t open very long and usually it doesn’t open at 11a like the sign states. That made both check in and check out difficult for me, but other than that, if you need a place to stay temporarily, this place will do the job!

Terrible experience. Was told we had to provide our own towels and toilet paper. Front desk attendant threatened to call the police on us for asking to speak to someone higher up. Rooms very small and closterphobic feeling.

I stayed in room #339. I found a bed bug twice in my room. I contacted the front desk and tried to give them ample time to to rectify the situation, comp my room, something. They sent an exterminator, but then I saw another bug. One desk associate even said I would have to leave and they couldn't move me to another room. I'm filing a formal complaint with the health department. The rooms are dirty and unclean. But we are going through a tough time, so I tried to humble myself and make it work. This is unacceptable. Hey this was a nice and convenient place to stay! Got to go upstairs and check out the room before purchase and I really appreciated this.... Was a reminder of what home feels like if you don't currently have one!
