I want to share my experience as an educational warning for anyone considering a stay here. First, I want to acknowledge that the front-line staff were consistently kind and helpful. The real issue is not the employees, but poor upper management and lack of resources. Unfortunately, this had a major impact on my stay. Rooms and building are a little dated. They are installing new mattresses and TVs. Eric and Sawannah are great managers. Front desk is friendly and helpful.
Came downstairs to get my package. The lovely lady was so friendly so I decided to get the hotel the ratings of good staff.
