This stay was a disappointment. The room itself was fine, beds were clean, and the kitchen worked properly. But the hotel advertised breakfast and its just coffee and a few snacks. Management was unfriendly and unhelpful. On one of the days we stayed, the coffee creamer ran out and when we asked for more, we were told "there's no more." A few minutes later, someone related to the person behind the counter went for coffee and when it was out of creamer, the hotel associate gave them creamer. This place is actually a gem for the area. It’s very user friendly and affordable for what it offers. The staffs are professional and helpful. I have the chance to have staffs members that personally check on me with whatever needed starting with Eric himself, Shelly (She usually worked during the day) Carry, Syed and Mohammed. Despite some minor issues my stay here has been pleasant
The manager is very unfriendly. She never speaks. The rest of the staff provides excellent service.
This site is amazing and safe. I can't decide to pick who was the greatest.... But Seid, Shelly, kery and list goes on. Thank you for all your support during a good and rough time for me.
