My experience was not the best due to the general manager and her nastiness never at work take multiple breaks soon as she come in never address the right problems and act scary to those that actually are problems but for the most part I wanna say thank you to Ms Vee outstanding customer service Ms Bee outstanding as Well and Dee also the Maintenance person is outstanding on this property these are the most pleasant people in the building they leave you might as well throw the whole building away with the GM in there
Infested with roaches . Not clean at all , it’s not in good condition at all . Also waited 20 minutes at the front desk before someone came to help me . Some of the staff is nice but the hotel is not good for me to be spending 1,000s of dollars .

I would like to thank Bruni and Vee for their impeccable customer service on multiple occasions!! At separate times I needed assistance, I appreciate how they always go bove and beyond. Alexis & Team are awesome!!!
