Staff where supper nice, easy check in and checkout! Pet friendly and clean and quiet.
When we arrived we noticed the tub was filled with dirt. We travelled almost 6 hours and wanted to shower but it was dirt in the tub. Then tried to brush our teeth before bed but noticed the sink was flooded. So we had to spit in the toilet after brushing which I informed the front desk clerk about. While trying to get ready for the day, my son noticed a bed bug on his brand new pair or socks (unworn) (fresh). Due to this we left immediately after informing the front desk of the bed bug. My family has enjoyed an exceptional stay here. The staff has been so friendly and kind, accommodating any needs that we have and making us feel like they enjoy our company. The facility is nice and clearly cared for with obvious work and maintenence. I highly recommend.
On 3/15/2025 we stopped by this hotel to spend the night, the lady on the door was extremely extremely ignorant and rude like I’ve never in my life seen! This is not a cheap hotel, we paid $138 to stay for the night, we were treated like we’re homeless in a sketchy motel in a dingy part of town which definitely should not be the case here, this deranged woman first yelled at me when I told her that I paid through Booking.com just because she couldn’t find the reservation saying that I paid them not her, obviously not trained... read more
