I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Jazmine at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable, answering all my questions with patience and a genuine smile.
Excellent service. Great Staff. Excellent accommodations. Excellent Price.
I’m from rm 119 The front desk staffs are very friendly and passionate about their work. They go great lengths to help me, a senior who has a little hard of hearing. Although I’m getting a little forgetful, I believe Crystal is her name her patience is beyond. I’ll be always be staying here again and again at ESA off World Fair Drive.
