Honestly, I wasn't expecting the experience to go down the drain in under 10 minutes. Don't get me wrong the staff seems friendly but after that, was just horrendous. The server room had its door wide open with an industrial fan to help cool it. The door to the room wouldn't open or close without force. Then the first thing I see is what looks to be quite literal feces in the light for the bathroom. Not to mention the roaches, seen at least 3 so far and expect to probably see more. Was very satisfied with my room.
Overall, if the front desk staff is not Neena or Javier, don’t bother. Lisa made me wait for over an hour at the front desk at 1am when my key card wasn’t working. I had to call corporate, and when Lisa finally came down to renew my room key an hour later she told me, “Tonight is not the night to mess with me young man…”. Then this morning when I went to the front desk to renew my stay, Javier was talking to an “undercover cop”. Infront of me.
