Do not listen to any of these one star reviews. They’re all full of crap. We’ve been staying here for 8 months and there has never been a bug in any of these rooms. I’m talking zero bugs. If the elevator ever is out of service, it is repaired within the same day, and 90% of the time it is resolved within a couple hours. You can always bring your bedding and your towels down to the desk and ask them to switch those out for you. When housekeeping comes in they do more than a great job. This has been my home for the past 5 years coming on and off the road. Yes, it’s the city. There’s noise. But that just comes with the territory. Shane and management do the best they can with the crew they got. The women that do housekeeping keep the floors nice and clean throughout the week. Nothing in life will ever be perfect. But they always do their best and work with others when times get tough. And that’s all I can ask for
Little high priced but I'm cheap so. Overall great place to stay. Great tv options available for if you like movies or music. Clean. Safe as you can be without walking with a squad. Again overall great place.
I use to have a lot of respect for this place and management. This was my home coming off the road for 5 years. But now I have to constantly walk around people smoking weed on the sidewalks. The pets here are ridiculous. They constantly use the bathroom on sidewalks. There’s absolutely no structure when it comes to noise. You can bump your music in the parking lot, in your room. Shane and staff are the best, stayed at several extended stay hotels this one is by far the best, you already know about my stay in Bethany, and the one on NW EXPRESSWAY, the most dirty filthy room I ever stayed in in, along with not refunding my deposit and charging me $52.10 for something I don’t even know what for, I’m all done staying in hotels ran by foreigners, where I’m at now , I’m staying
