This place has been amazing! The rooms are unbelievably clean and the staff are AWESOME!! Shane and Sharon and Noah and Michael have all been incredible. Highly recommend!!!
My complaint is going to be on Shanon. I have a service animal which I am not permitted by law to prove to her that it is a service animal. She said she was going to charge me 150 extra dollars for my service animal to stay with me because she said, "how do I know you're disabled". Demanding proof for a service animal is not acceptable. Her customer service is atrocious.
Okay but I think it could even be cheaper since it didn’t have really anything. Also housekeeper comes every two weeks so they can save on money if so then we should be saving more too. My fridge didn’t exactly get cold but they were sending someone up to look at it also my mattress was lumpy & not comfortable kept leaning off one side of the bed & pillows were cheap & flat. We were encouraged to bring our own cooking utensils, silverware, coffee pot, coffee, filters, glasses & even cleaning supplies I guess that also meant ... read more
