Ashlyn and Traci are the BEST! We were relocated and this hotel was very clean. I would stay here again if we needed. Thank You so much for making this move so much easier!
I’ve been staying here on and off for a couple years now. The staff is always very welcoming and willing to do whatever it takes to make my stay comfortable. I stay here for months at a time and have never had an issue that wasn’t resolved quickly. The hotel is really quiet for the most part and everyone kind of stays to them selves. I work in elreno ok and choose to drive the extra time everyday to work because I don’t want to stay anywhere else.
I had a terrible experience at Extended Stay America (4112 E I-240 Service Rd, OKC). After following all the rules—including never smoking inside my room—I was falsely accused by management of smoking indoors based on “ashes” which were actually from cigars I smoked outside, as confirmed by security footage. Instead of a fair process, I was threatened with a $250 fine or eviction, without proper notice or evidence. Management refused to provide documentation or review the footage despite my requests.
