They have no people at the desk overnight for late checkins and they were rude on their interior phone when asked.
Got a chance to spend another great time in 0KC. Wonderful atmosphere to wind down. Room was perfect. See ya'll next time I'm in town. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.
Outstanding Stay. Clean room. Nice staff.
The staff is amazing and Shae is the best Manager ever!!! This place used to be such a dump but is so much better and the whole staff is super helpful. I was not wanting to stay again until I found out about the change in management. This place is the best value and great people who work there and take care of all us guests!
