Whoever took our reservation early Thursday afternoon was such a cheerful young man! I was surprised there were only fullsize rooms to choose but whatever, those are the beds they bought for guests, and we were fine. We had a great first night, and the next morning we caught housecleaning down the hall and thought we would save her some time by just asking for fresh towels and letting her know that she could then skip our room until the next day. The room here was filthy. There are roaches and other bugs . There's mold and mildew on the ceiling and the apartment smells like mold. The bed was broken and there was a bug there too. Grounds outside are covered with trash and cigarette butts. We would never come here again.
The room was in very poor condition upon arrival. There were roaches visibly crawling throughout the space, and the bathroom appeared to have not been cleaned. Used soap bars and a used razor were left in the shower, which was unacceptable and unsanitary.
