Stayed here with my family good price for a big room . The manager Hilda was super friendly checking us in and the other lady Melissa was friendly as welll. Will stay here again!
Absolutely love this location! Staff are my favorite! I'm going to miss it when I move back to Oklahoma! Been very professional and very helpful!
Gracie and her team went above and beyond to make sure me and all my coworkers where as comfy as possible couldn't ask for a better staff.
Stayed here with my family and the rooms were clean and big and the staff Hilda Melissa and kelly all were super friendly and helpful to me and my family. Would stay here again when in Lubbock next .
Came last night to check in after 10pm. Literally no one here and they will not answer the phone in the lobby as per their late check in instructions. Tried many times. Tried calling the hotel number using after hours options half a dozen times. Nothing. Absolutely DO NOT stay here.
