We just left. Didn't even unpack our things. Non-smoking means non-smoking. This place is smoking. The staff even admitted smoking is allowed on the 3rd floor. False advertising. We had two rooms, one of which was dirty. Hair inside the sheets and a big yellow spot that looked like a fresh pee mark on the sheets. The doors did not seems secure when closed. The best place to stay..
Worst beds ever! not even beds more like cots an it’s only a full size bed. It’s not even a queen or a king. with two grown adults ridiculous most uncomfortable hotel I’ve ever been in and that’s saying a lot
The ladies at the front desk are prompt and thorough when checking you in/out, and sweet as can be. Much respect to the maintenance guy for resolving technical issues with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
