Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Room was filthy when we asked for cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves we were told they had NONE. We ended up checking out the same day, I asked for a refund. Was given the run around that I had to wait for a manager on staff, I’ve called three days in a row & even have gone in. Each time I was told the refund was being processed & I would see it soon. Called my bank, no refund was pending or had been issued for the transaction. Very disappointing.
Exceptional service. Ms. Angela, Demarco, Tasheema.. all the staff even maintenance is professional, friendly, and helpful. They will go above and beyond to fulfill an request possible. I bounced around for awhile until I came here and this is where I shall be until further notice. It's safe, it's clean, and it's affordable. Thank you team 10 stars
Older Lady At Front Desk Is So Rude Everytime I Come In There. She Treats Everybody Different. Anytime I See She’s There I Avoid Asking For Anything. Makes Me Not Even Wanna Stay At This Location Ever Again.
Don't ever have clean towels I shouldn't have to pay extra for towels especially if I'm here for a month worst hotel ever
