I am usually a very chill person, but my stay here has been incredibly frustrating. The hygiene standards are unacceptable; I’ve had to deal with bath towels and bed linens that are clearly not clean most of the time. Beyond the cleanliness matters, the noise is constant. I really like this hotel it’s not just the hotel it’s the people who runs it I met Chanel very nice woman work with passion in a big smile always happy in willing to do what she can to make you stay comfortable in welcoming they also have amazing staff from the whole lineup very outgoing everyone talks with a smile ,mannerism,
