This is not a five star hotel. It's older and could use some updates but it is clean, everything worked and when it something didn't work, the staff moved swiftly. Special shout outs to the amazing staff. First, Sarah, the general manager, who is professional as well personable. Evening desk agent Jackson is courteous, pleasant and helpful. Dear Extended Stay America Team, I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your Fayetteville Cliffdale - Select Suites location. My experience was, quite frankly, unacceptable from the moment I arrived. At check-in, I was met with poor communication from your front desk staff, particularly Alma.
