Sean and chastity are very helpful and they always do their jobs right! Thank you guys for making me feel comfortable while I’ve been here the last few months.
Extended stay in Mentor, OH is the worse. The day shift manager is horrible and he has no respect for women. He also lacks empathy and professionalism. The fire alarm went off in the building twice there was constant noise, the TV sucks it keep shutting off and the bathroom had a plumbing issue making the whole thing constantly smell. All they say is there is nothing they can do and the manager said "oh well you can leave".
