Never choose this and make the same mistake as we did... Not at all a a good service. Been in the line for about 2l1 and half hr as the front desk lady was veryyyy slow at serving people... I saw 2 customers leaving the place since they got no service at night 11 pm. Horrible service. Not even eligible for a single star.
I made a reservation the day before on the Motel 6 website. I arrive the next day from a long day of work and the receptionist at the desk tells me they're full. I asked why the website would allow me to book a reservation the day before when there would be no availability. The receptionist didn't have an answer for this, but she was kind - and to be fair she tried to find me another room at another motel 6 location when I asked if she could do so. Hotel have bugs towels was dirty people hanging out on back of the hotel partying all night waiting a hour just to get checked in because of long lines also & they scammed me out of my $100 deposit reached out to the hotel several times didn’t hear anything back from them I just stayed there this past weekend passing thru bham NEVER again
