The hotel has recently changed hands (used to be an Extended Stay), and they're still getting everything up to speed. A great value, and I would definitely stay here again.

0/10 they switch companies and they failed the inspection then everyone couldn't pay so since we couldn't pay our keys stopped working so now we cant go inside my room and me and my baby lives here so now where will me and her sleep if we have no key inside?

My experience hadn't been all that great but I'm still here maybe it will change within time but this is the deal I feel like I'm being discriminated against ,the fact that I am white and I have two service dogs that detects seizures for me and oh by the way this is my experience someone took my money my wallet and phone from my room and here's a copy of the police report(me and the police officer drew our conclusions that it somebody with the key) so you guys decided whether if you want to stay here or not, I can't access t... read more

I loved staying at the Pelham, AL location. Nice customer service, the rooms are nice. Close to a ton of shopping , restaurants and the highway. There is a state park that I heard was very nice as well. The best part of my stay was PJ, she goes above and beyond and extends EXCELLENT customer service!!!!!
