Excellent staff and service. The front desk team along with housekeeping are consistent in meeting the needs of the guest. The staff keeps things moving as far as request from new guest as well as guests like myself who's been here for quite a while. I appreciate the staff here at Kent's Extended Stay
The first room I was given hadn’t been cleaned yet. Opened the door to an unmade bed and the old keycards on the table. The stairs smelled like urine or cigarette smoke depending on the day. The desk hadn’t been wiped off on the room I ended up in, had something like oil or grease on it. Before checking out I rolled up the bed linens to see that the mattress cover had multiple blood stains in various places.
They are really friendly and have good customer service here. The rooms are great with the nice sized fridge and the stove top is really convenient! Have been staying here a few months and no problems.
The desk girls are very friendly, always greet you or say good morning. Very helpful staff and clean environment. Even with all the pets around the grounds are clean. Will definitely recommend and use again.
Update on my stay here at ESA. I have been here for almost a year now and am still very pleased with my stay here. I'd like to give a shout out to Faith for her exceptional people skills. She always has a great attitude and is always willing to stop what she is doing to accomodate any and all accommodations that is needed to be comfortable here at ESA.
