I went to stay at the hotel on Thursday (07/11/25), the first room had 3 flies roaming around the room on the second floor. We opened the door to let them out but we noticed that the room wasn’t cleaned. There were crumbs on the night stand and seeing the flies, we were not comfortable. I went to the front desk and told them what happened and he gladly changed us to a second room on the second floor from 202 to 201.
