Super dirty rooms. There were bits of plastic pieces on the stained carpet. Hair on the bathroom counters and sink. There was toilet paper in the toilet. Chunks out of the furniture and shower. Drawers were all damaged inside. The bed was horrible and lumpy with hard metal springs.
Your staff are all amazing and extremely helpful thank you all look forward to staying there again
Management is amazing & they work really hard to make it a great experience always. This place really helped me in my world last year, much love!
Helpful, and accommodating. Did not have to worry about things not being ready up on arrival, and clean rooms as well.
