If my husband and I could give 0 stars we would. Booked this location for a visit in July because it was decently close to a concert we had tickets to. Booked and paid IN FULL on Booking.com months in advance. When we arrived we were told we owed 197 and some change for "incidentals". We thought it was odd given how random a number that was and we questioned it. The gentleman at the front clarified that we paid for our room so we went with it. AVOID! Super dated look and feel. The room was massively stinky, I almost threw up. The bed was dirty, stinky and had hair on the sheets. disgusting. Noises from various sources: 1. fridge from the 80s running loud and producing random noises. 2. AC unit from the 70s is very loud. 3. staff members/residents having too much fun (even overnight). 4. unidentified knocking sounds from all directions. The front desk women is so rude and nasty. I was asking her simple questions and she was getting an attitude with me. I was going to stay here but after that interaction I decided to cancel my reservation. Super unprofessional I won't ever be booking a stay here!
