Booked a room for 2 nights using booking.com and received confirmation from both booking.com and the property "welcoming my stay" a week before arrival. On the day of check-in, the Asst Manager calls me in the morning while I'm on my way saying they are overbooked and don't have any room for me - her words - "I don't know why they let you book - we don't have any rooms. I delivered for doordash and I delivered it to a customer there early AM. I asked the receptionist if I could use the bathroom. He states no public restroom and then proceeds to ignore my question like her couldn't understand me....I speak English. This guy wasn't even at his designated post.

Gross, outdated, terrible breakfast, terrible coffee, never more than one person working it seems, no one was at the desk for over 5 mins when I came to check in, didn’t even have silverware for the “kitchen” (I asked at the front desk), worn threadbare towels with stains, and the room smells like someone spilled cologne in a truck stop bathroom. Never coming back.
