On our way to the south we were looking for simple accommodation. The rating looked good so we stoped . The staff was friendly . However entering the room felt very uncomfortable. There were incredibly strong humid odors . First we thought it was because the air conditioning wasn’t on. We tried to open the windows , that was very difficult and almost impossible . Stood in lobby for over a half hour, after a long drive, without anyone coming to the front desk or answering the phone. The worst.
It's rare to find a manager who personally checks guests in, runs the front desk, and still takes the time to provide such exceptional, compassionate service. When I brought the condition of my room to Lakeisha's attention, she immediately took my concerns seriously.
