I just want to say General Manger Lakeicha Thompson has amazing costumer service very nice and understanding. She treats the guest with respect and a caring attitude. I also want to say Nathanuel Bellemy also has great customer service very kind and understanding. He deserves a opportunity to move up in the company. Because he is amazing with how he treats the guest that is staying at the hotel always helpful.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 months and had a truly wonderful experience. The entire staff was consistently welcoming, professional, and attentive, making my long stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you to General Manager Lakeisha for leading such a great team and maintaining such a warm, guest-focused environment. Disgusting!!!!!! Wish I could post pics here. Pee pads, stained sheet, dirty blankets on sofa bed. And much more disappointment

Overall my stay was very comfortable. It was safe and cozy, rooms were clean, the safe was amazing and I will highly recommend this location
