Very Clean, newer hotel. Nice to have kitchenette, beds were comfy. Would recommend carpeting on floors as you can hear people walking around.
Nice hotel there but laundry room is not living up their “Premier Suites” standards. They show 4 washing machines on their website, but there’s actually only 3, with 2 of them inoperational. Leaving a single working washer to serve all the guests in this hotel. It took me 3 times longer to do my laundry than expected. This is unacceptable. If I were the caring and responsible manager of this hotel I would insist and ensure, come hell or high water, that these washers get fixed within 24 hrs. Overall GREAT Great location and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay. Room was clean and comfy. I was able to get groceries delivered and other packages with no issues. However, spotty Wi-Fi even after paying add'l fee was annoying. And not being able to login to my streaming accounts on the TV made for boring nights with basic cable. Breakfast was average. Verdict: 4.5 stars
The room was very clean, the location was fairly new. The parking lot is very well lit, and large enough for commercial vehicles. The breakfast was very sparse especially for the money we paid for a week and a half. I chose this location, since the had the best rating in the Greenville area, if you had a service animal.
