Great stay! Worth the money!!
Very disappointing experience. I had to change rooms three times because the rooms were not ready for guests. After multiple changes, they finally gave me a room, but it was very small and had a bad smell inside. It did not match the expectations of my booking. The staff told me they would refund part of the amount because of the inconvenience, but I never received any refund. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was at this hotel last night 1/31/2026- 2/1/2026 it was very cold we find out heater wasn’t working we ask the front desk to check it and they confirm that wasn’t working I ask if we could be moved to other room the lady said no because that was the manager decision and they won’t be here until tomorrow she said she can’t get a technician until next day wish is understandable.
