Front desk staff is allowed to verbally harass and berate you while the manager (Monica) stands and watches, only to have them laugh together regarding your reaction. I have never seen more unprofessional work behavior from an employee (Valencia) and have a manager witness the interaction to literally not attempt to resolve it in any fashion. 1/5 I stayed here for 90+ days and paid over $6,000 — and somehow still got treated like I was the problem. When I renewed my reservation, I specifically requested my payment dates be moved to Wednesdays. That request was never properly entered into their system. On a random Tuesday, front desk called demanding payment, confirmed themselves that the dates were wrong, and then told me *I* had to fix it with management. Management's solution?
