I recently stayed at Extended Stay America, I had no issues with checking in. William the guest service representative made my stay memorable, he was very helpful with my accommodation including extra towels and toilet paper rolls. The staff went above and beyond from the moment I was greeted during the interaction and ensuring my room was spotless. I was pleased and impressed with William’s professionalism in treating me as a valued guest at the hotel. Convenient area would definitely recommend to come back again.
These guys were amazing and the service was outstanding!!
Long term guest great stay
Mrs. Kim has been the most amazing person, she is kind and friendly, caring and helpful as well as genuine. She always has a smile and does everything in her power to help in anyway she can. Tasha, Andrew, and Candice are amazing at the front desk. They go above and beyond for the guests. All of the housekeeping staff are great and take pride in what they do. If your in the area and need a nice place to stay this is it.
Miss Kim was great.
