Drove several hours to get here and arrived late at night, website states "valid photo ID and credit card required at check in" I'm a 20 year old and have both, but they denied my reservation and told me to leave "because you have to be 21". Was stranded several hours from home in the middle of the night with no other nearby options. I slept in the car...

I stayed here March 1st - March 4th 2026 it is ghetto! The elevator stopped working so I have to walk 4 flights of steps. Front desk is no help they can’t tackle more than one task. Breakfast is a joke!!! Coffee and muffin no juice or water. My towels had hair on them so I had to use my own. Washer and dryers are really expensive! Run don’t walk away from this place. The people next to me were loud and banging until 1am on a Monday.

The worst hotel I stayed at .. dirty , internet sucks . Microwave horrible, bathroom horrible.. took hours to get clean towels .. give you one roll of toilet paper at a time had to keep going down to the front desk for more .. they don’t come to your room to get dirty towels .. you have to take dirty towels down to them then they give you some clean ones .. roaches in the bathroom 🤦‍♀️ will never stay at another extended stay hotel ever if I could give no stars I wouldn’t .. the pics you’ll see online is deceiving. I had a very disappointing experience with management due to being given a wrongful eviction notice. After staying here for an extended period and paying my rent consistently, I was suddenly served with a notice that did not follow proper legal procedures. The notice was either improper, insufficient, or not compliant with Pennsylvania tenant laws.
