Hi I stayed at your hotel the week of Chistmas December 22 - 28 2025. During my stay I found two (2) cockroaches at two (2) separate occasions. I was very surprised to find this. I thought your hotel was kept clean. Obviously I was wrong. You can be sure I will not stay at your hotel again. Thank you Susan Lus

Stay away from this location. I was rented a king bed suite that had an active water leak, water damage, and mold. I had to check out and move to a different extended stay location while i was preparing to move into a nrew rental. Despite repeated attempts to contact ESA guest services, they have chosen to not respond ....

The staff could've been more friendly. I asked for plates to take to my room so that I could eat my food, and wasn't given the plates that I asked for, so after my husband & I went to the room to unpack and settle in, I called the front desk to ask again for the plates because there was a note that said that the staff would bring them up. So I called the front desk and was told that I had to come get them myself. Then I asked for a late checkout and was told that I could checkout at 1. I said 12 is good. This place is the best. The front desk staff are amazing. The general manager Kim is the best there is. She is alway available to help and does her absolute best to make sure that your stay is wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

this place is amazing, the employees are awesome and kind and are very very welcoming the costumer service is great, the general manager ms.kim is very nice and makes sure you get what you need and always makes sure the hotel is clean.
