There is an unpleasant woman, with a very ugly demeanor, that is currently working the front desk. She has made our stay here an extremely unpleasant experience. Her name is Amna. Everyone else here has tried to make our stay wonderful. This one woman has alone made this a very unpleasant experience. We will not return to this location! Honestly the location is the only good this my room is absolutely gross it smells like cigarettes and I'm on a non smoking floor the refrigerator is disgusting the bathroom isn't even clean horrible if they were still open at the office downstairs I would demand my money back and sleep in my truck
