Left after walking in to our room didn't even stay 5 minutes as soon as we turned in the lights my wife noticed cocoroaches on the bed. I saw them scurrying on the fridge. Terrible Walker to the front asked for a refund they refused because we booked through booking.com they also refused to credit ill never stay in an Extended stay again or use booking.com they didn't even try to help me.
I visit 20 extended stay America hotels , every time has a good experience , but this time I have a terrorific experience with Mrs robin , very unprofessional employee, knock my door and she was very unprofessional . I don’t know what happened but workers need to check system before go to rooms , its totally insane you open door and get in with guest inside the rooms, totally crazy . My stay here so far has been phenomenal! All the employees are friendly and they definitely provide exceptional service. Mirit and management made me feel welcomed and I absolutely love chatting it up with them throughout our day to day interactions. I am incredibly grateful that I found this spot and 10/10 recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.
Low prices but huge rooms with kitchenettes. Very comfortable. Great security. Seemed well organized and staffed.
