Wonderful place to stay! Rooms are great! Miralba is really Wonderful and very helpful!
The hotel is a little dated but very well maintained. It's also a short walk to some big box stores and a solid 24hr deli. The front doors can be a little weird because they sometimes try to auto open and when that happens you can't force them to open faster. All the staff members were great, especially Miralba. Adrian and the fire safety director whose name escapes me right now are also good people. Breakfast is ehh but if you're in NYC and trying to eat free breakfast from a hotel, you're doing it wrong.
