Great location. Kitchen is great inside the room but the mattresses are hard and the TV does not work. We asked the front desk multiple times and they came up and turned the TV on but doesn’t help for the next time.. The phone does not work whatsoever so you have to walk to the front desk every time which is outside and across the parking lot.

I feel very rushed here and no one is ever at the front desk. I do not feel welcomed at all. Service is horrible. The place is small. The workers do not care how they speak to you. They don’t care what you say. I’ve been here for an hour because they said I couldn’t check in until 230 and I’ve been waiting in the lobby. I’ve had to repeat myself multiple times because the workers will get on their phone and not listen to me and I’ve been asked to leave and go out in the rain until my check in time because I got here at 1 and... read more
