I had a great extended stay at the Extended Stay in Brookfield, Wisconsin, and overall it delivered exactly what I look for in a long-term hotel: comfort, convenience, and genuinely great people. The location is one of its strongest advantages. Unfortunately, I did not read the fine print. Check in ends at midnight so when i arrived to the hotel there was no front desk person. There are still many sites claiming this property has 24/7 front desk, but it does not. I took a picture of the front desk away sign as I called the hotel only to watch the phone ring 15 feet away behind the front desk with lights off. Did not get a refund or a response through chats.
