This was just about the worst experience I have ever had staying at a hotel. The bedding doesn’t seem to have been cleaned in at least a few days, which I know because I found someone’s old underwear in the bedding in addition to what seemed like dirt and dead skin. I also saw signs of bed bugs. When I tried to talk to the staff about it when their office was supposed to open at 7 am, no one was there. No me entregaron el depósito de la habitación, la primera ves me tuvieron como un mes para entregarlos y ahora lo mismo, no se para que piden depósito si no lo van a entregar

My husband had one of the worst hotel experiences he has ever encountered at this property. When he arrived, the room was visibly dirty, but the biggest issue was the cockroaches. He noticed several throughout the evening, and as the night went on, more continued to come out.
