I stayed here recently for about three weeks going through hard time, and this hotel has no understanding hospitality all. During my stay they change my towels twice once I beg him the first time no problem the second time Carol looked at house and said why you’re so dirty I said it from your floors she would not give me Towels. I had to wait till the next morning to get towels. I couldn’t take a shower that night and had to go to work. Valerie, the manager has no compassion at all.
