Nicole was a rock star and was a wonderful front desk staff who welcomed us well upon arrive and helped us with several things to make our stay very comfortable. For weary travelers, this was very helpful!

Been staying at this hotel for well over 5 years, have never given any of the employees at the hotel any reason to mistreat my family and I! It’s sad how much of a negative impact having people who are miserable constantly and constantly complaining about having to do the jobs there paid to do! Also they try to charge you for services that you haven’t even used, when trying to use free WiFi you CANT because it absolutely SUCKS! Currently staying at the hotel and not bad other than the free wifi and the pay wifi being absolutely horrible. Im paying an extra 23$ for the “advanced” wifi and can’t load anything on my computer. They have Ethernet plug-ins and they don’t even work.
