Was kept awake by live-in residents next door that were yelling, fighting and banging things in their room. Somehow my kid slept through it or else I would have called to the front desk. There was no shower curtain. I had to get one from the front desk the following morning. If it was not for good staff at this hotel, this would have been a one star review.
the whole place smells really bad, we should have known once we walked in. there were stains everywhere and crust on the bed. there were cigarette holes in all the blankets. the pillows were stained brown and they smelled so bad, we couldn’t even use them. we didn’t receive towels, hand soap, conditioner or any basic amenities. the guy at the front desk was nice though. there were also hairs in the shower as well as stains in the sink. i would expect this room to be about 50 dollars, not 150 for only one night.
Very very dirty hotel. Housekeeping is lazy and room floor was sticky. Asked for housekeeping and was told they did not have the manpower to clean the rooms. I mopped the room myself with a Swiffer stick, microfiber cloths, and bar soap. Would not recommend anyone stay unless the price is below 65 dollars a night.
