The room smelled strongly of incense, even after we had been there several days. The hallway of the third floor (our floor) smelled very strongly of cigarettes and marijuana. The room was a bit dirty (dirty washcloth in a kitchen cabinet, dirty napkin between the main dresser and the wall). There were no trash cans in the room. There were no plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, or any other kitchen material in the entire hotel. Worst General Manager I've ever dealt with. I checked in two weeks ago, the young lady Crystal knew exactly what to do when I said I didn't want to use the card I reserved with. The transaction took less than 5 minutes. When the General Manager came and tried to help me two weeks later, he had no idea what he was doing and said Crystal did something Illegal. I've literally had multiple employees and managers at different Extended Stay locations do exactly what Crystal (check spelling) did for me when I checked in. Because he... read more

If i could give zero stars i would. Everything about this place was absolutely terrible top to bottom. Upon first going to this location the entire front parking lot area was filled with people of questionable demeanor and most likely drunks. Proceeded to check in which was the only semi clean thing in this whole entire hotel. After spending $140 on a room for one night the pictures we seen online where absolutely nothing to what we got. Rooms are outdated and old with chipping, paint, old carpeting, stained countertops, and old appliances. The first room had a clogged sink so I had to ask for another room. In the second room the bathroom fan does not work, a few sewer flies, no drain plug in the sink. No coffee or anything in the lobby. Front office person was polite.
