I reserved a room at Extended Stay America, Anchorage AK midtown. I booked the room through my Alaska Airlines MVP account and paid in full for the booking at the time of reservation. Upon arrival I found the property to be in utter disrepair and filthy! There were parts of A/C units outside rooms, the carpet looked as if the property didn't own a vacuum. Lawton location charged me 3 times for no reason. Don’t understand. Corporate said they’d reach out within 48 hours. Nobody ever did. Charged me $1600 total.
The worse place to EVER work. Don’t do it.
This has been one of my worst experience with extended stay. I booked the room in Copley West for 30 days. My room was dirty my sock was black upon walking on the floor after 10 minutes. There was a centipede in my room that scared my young child. I smelled cigarette smoke in the room when people smoked in their rooms during my stay. The guest above me fought daily I thought one day they going to fall through the ceiling, they fought that hard. The air conditioner filter was filthy.
