My husband and I have been here for a while and I must say that the management and staff here are wonderful to us. While our stay has been great, the new housekeepers are least to be desired. They are rude to say the least. They talk to the guest as though they have no respect. Sha'Tawn, Tanelle, and Stacy have done alot to keep this hotel as nice as they can. I hate to write this review, but I feel that the new ownership needs to be aware of the poor customer service and the potential integrity issues at this location. I had a union worker to check in to the location about seven weeks ago at about $530 per week. From the time of check in up until checkout today ( due to finally having enough of poor attitudes and lack of attention to concerns). The television was broken. I took off my last review per the hotel staff asking me to. I travel a lot for work. I always try to choose and love Extended Stays. This one is worse than an OYO. You can not get you room cleaned. They are so rude and will lie to you at the front desk and that’s if you can find someone at the front desk. The hallways outside of the rooms are nasty and have never been vacuumed. Stacy is a super asset to metro north extended stay. She is very friendly and superb as related to customer service. She is a great housekeeper too.
Very quiet location. We were by the stairs and the elevator and we hardly heard anyone. The staff was more than helpful and polite!
