Bad service, No house keeping service Every time I ask for housekeeping they ignore, they have this service only for new room after the visitors go away . Bad employees especially that one that put something on her hair She also blame me when the card need to activate. Love it!! Great service.. up until they got new owners I guess housekeeping has it been that great,they put little kids right above us very noisy
My husband and I have been here for a while and I must say that the management and staff here are wonderful to us. While our stay has been great, the new housekeepers are least to be desired. They are rude to say the least. They talk to the guest as though they have no respect. Sha'Tawn, Tanelle, and Stacy have done alot to keep this hotel as nice as they can.
