I asked them what the check-in time was through the app, but they didn't respond. I was delayed on my drive from Florida, and when I arrived at the hotel at 1:15 a.m., the receptionist told me she didn't see any reservation and then said it had been canceled because I hadn't arrived before 1:00 a.m. She said they had to refund my money and that she couldn't rent me a room because there were no rooms available. Room was very dirty, if they don't keep the fridge clean who knows what else is being overlooked. Do not recommend.

Roshanna was great she made sure my stay was great. She even helped other people who moving during renovations, cleaning rooms and still made my request happen. Thank you
