This place was probably one of the dirtiest hotels we have ever stayed in. They just had renovations done so their photos do not show even remotely what it actually looks like inside and for just having renovations done the place looks and smells terrible. The only good thing was the friendly staff at the front desk.

Terry was amazing. Great customer service . Clean hotel , quiet , . No complaints . You should get a leaf blower instead of someone sweeping the leafs (Seen that while leaving)

Showed up at 1 pm to check in for 45 day stay. Was told I couldn’t check in until 3 pm. Came back at 3 and no one was at check in desk. I waited for 35 minutes without seeing a soul. The laundry girl came out and said she would text the front desk girl. Still haven’t seen a check in person. No service, not even a greeting in 40 minutes. Now the laundry girl is calling numbers to try and find the front desk person. Still nothing. Reading sign on branded sign that reads,” genuine people, genuine care”. The room was great, the location is awesome. But the gorgeous lady at the front desk Roshanna did an excellent job on helping me with my situation and made a miracle work!! Thank you 🙏 so much !!
