I was charged for a security deposit that should be refunded in a week, until now (almost one month) I didn’t received the money back and I couldn’t talk to anyone, the phone number is not working and I’m still waiting for a response by email.

Worst experience ever. I booked 2 months in Advance, and they gave my room away to someone else. They never attempted to contact me, nor my booking service. The front desk proceeded to blame both me and the booking site for the mishap, even when they themselves provided a confirmation confirming the room is reserved. They provided a confirmation to my booking service promising the room, and never reached out with any changes. I can't put 0 stars, but I had a pre paid reservation and they did not honor that reservation. the front desk lady just came outside and said we are sold out. I talked to the website I booked and they want a written statement that they were actually book that they and they didn't give me any room. it was 11pm at night I had to look for a new hotel in the middle of the night. please reply customer service because I need my refund. thanks

To say what I experienced last night at this hotel was unacceptable would simply be an understatement. After traveling 10 hours with two dogs for a local dog show, I arrived at this hotel around 8:00 pm. I had a room booked, confirmed and PAID FOR a month earlier. The hotel never called me notify me they were overbooked, and when I arrived insisted they had no rooms available and offered no other solution.
