Very very nice staff. I stayed here while relocating from Evansville to Charlotte . My wife and I stayed on the 3rd floor and was happy when Tim helped carry luggage upstairs, but we were very happy and surprised when Tim and JR helped us move out of the hotel when I found an apartment. I was very pleased and surprised when they carried heavy luggage helping us leave. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family!
