If I could give negative stars, I would. It’s been a while since I’ve posted a review, and I debated whether to share this. But after the traumatic experience my family and I had at this Extended Stay America, I feel compelled to speak up so others can make informed decisions. I experienced impolite rude guest service representatives and unprovoked harrassment. Their behavior was completely uncalled for and a blatant disregard for common decency. They lacked an understanding of practical values when speaking to and working with others and more specifically a guest. Sheyla was the only front desk rep that was consistently polite and respectful. I was told that the out of nowhere phone call that i received was from the manager.
