I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Extended Stay America. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations due to several issues: 1. No proper kitchen setup — essential utensils were missing and the few provided were given only after several hours of check-in. 2. Basic appliances such as coffee maker and toaster were not provided at all. 3. The cooking burner was not functioning properly. 4. Front desk ladies are absolutely amazing. They all made us feel like family and are so caring and genuine. What a diamond hiding away in Buffalo. Have gone above and beyond to help accommodate us as we are staying here while receiving chemotherapy from Roswell Cancer institute. 6 starts 10 times for the staff. They truly care and put the work to keep the place clean and running smoothly for every guest! Really needs to be commended and given w raise
