When we walked in, it was all dusty, not clean. The lightbulb was hanging out of the refrigerator. It was leaking on the floor. The outlet in the bath did not work the heat in the air when it was on made rattling awful sound so you couldn’t use it when you were sleeping Trash was left in the hall. I smelled like stinky diapers at least four days that we were there was horrible I do have to say that the people that work there were very kind, but I was not at all happy and I would never stay at that hotel again.
Joel is really an awesome, thoughtful and caring staff. He introduced and explained every details to me patiently when I arrived at midnight. I am so so impressed with his hospitality and sincerity, their service definitely qualified for more than 5 stars. Thank you again Joel.
