Terrible experience — dirty rooms, stained walls, and awful customer service. Not family-friendly at all. We had to check out and go somewhere else.

Fantastic customer service. The staff is helpful and attentive. Christie, Maria, and Donna were sweethearts. Cleaning staff are warm and friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. AC, hot water, and water pressure all work better than typical 2 star hotels. Full sized fridge and a dishwasher. I don't like the lighting and lamp placements. The location stinks. It's in an industrial park and the area is not walkable. Make sure you have a full tank of gas before you get here. Recommended hotel

I recently stayed here for a week during the summer to attend a class. I feel I received what I paid for. This is not a three- or four-star rated hotel. It was simplistic, and was economical. The parking lot gets very busy at night. I felt there was enough lighting. However, it also gets hot and there wasn't much shade to park in at the front of the building.
