This place definitely needs a better management. It looks like they do not work as a team and do not have a pattern on their duties. They are friendly with the guests (not every staff), try their best but the property itself needed a better checking on cleanliness of the rooms and the LAUNDRY DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO GET THEIR SHIT TOGETHER ASAP. I had the inconvenient experience of not having towels and clean sheets since when I requested at 2pm. Other than the lack of cleanliness of the cabinet space and burners, the bed was clean and had no bed bugs. The shower was clean and the tables as well. A nice large TV, and hot water on the spot was also a plus. All the lights worked and the staff was friendly and provided dishes and a dish drainer upon request along with dish soap and wash rags.
