Ms Linda was absolutely the bestest I would give her a million stars if I could
I had a terrible experience here due to Geovannys dismissive and unhelpful attitude. Not only was the customer service unprofessional, but there were clear signs of discriminatory behavior that made the entire interaction even more upsetting. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this place if you expect to be treated with basic courtesy and fairness.
Cockroaches in room right on counter in plain sight. Do not book here.
Under the beds has not been cleaned in a long time, the bathroom towels were all dirty. Asked the front desk for a late check out, was told no, not even 10-15 minutes. The bathroom needs to be remodeled the sink was pealing and pitted and stained as was the counter
