Ive been coming to this location for a number of years whenever I visit family in Bartlesville. The last time I was here was back in January and we really didnt have any issues. This time was completely different. The manager was not very friendly or helpful when we arrived to check in. Once we got to our room, the AC was not working, there was no shower curtain, no towels, no hand soap, no shampoo, and the bed was broken.
