Clean place no bugs staff very friendly and attentive. Stayed a week. Quiet place you can really relax there . They don’t mind if u have a pet. There is a fee 30.00. They have dog walks and it sits right behind KSU.
James is absolutely fantastic! Very friendly! Very understanding, he’s an absolute charm to this place! Thank you for all you do James!
It should be -5 -10 stars rating for their unprofessional LGBTQ employee whom feels the need to out act content, choose to handle situations & guests differently when their management isn’t present. It’s a place of no return because you’re not going to get your money worth.
The only positive was the person at the front desk. She was pleasant and professional. The room was filthy. I'm not one to complain a lot but I wanted to throw away my slippers when I left. I've never been in a hotel where I didn't even want to use the shower. I understand it is difficult to get help these days but management would be better off having staff clean a block of rooms well and not use the rest than to give someone a room like we had.
