We had previously stayed in Extended Stay America hotels and even though it was years ago, they were nice, clean and reasonably priced places to stay. This hotel was very grungy, dirty, smelly and in very rough condition. The price for the quality was terrible. We didn't have any other options as everything sold out as we were looking for a decent hotel. There is a kitchenette, but no dishes, utensils, cookware or towels to make it useable. Had a poor experience at this extended stay. Stayed there for a month and not once got my room cleaned. Asked 3 different times to have my room cleaned. Ladies at the front desk were very nice tho
